About Us

Dr. Luong, having grown up in Costa Mesa, California attended the University of California, Riverside.

He graduated in 2005 with dual Bachelors of Science degrees in both Computer Science and Mathematics.

Upon completing his dual degree bachelors programs, he completed a dual Master of Science degrees in 2010 in both Mathematics and Biology. He attended dental school at University of Oklahoma where he later received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2015.

After starting his dental practice, Dr. Luong realized how inefficient his cash flow and AR collection were due to the inefficiency in AR collections practices. Upon witnessing the effectiveness at which Shankee cleaned up his AR problems. Dr. Luong decided to create a system management database to manage the AR department. Through the use of this database, they were able to optimize AR production to a 90% plus effectiveness rate. This increases the practice cash follow dramatically and can do the same for you.
